We will once again collecting period products to donate to various shelters and low-income assistance programs. Period Action Day was originally created to eliminate period poverty amongst students, but since IL schools are required to provide products for free to menstruating students we choose to help eliminate period poverty in other ways.

You can collect products from your friends, family, school, work, church, etc. A variety of products are needed (pads, tampons, panty liners, etc.) in a variety of sizes.  After October 14th we will arrange for your products to be picked up or dropped off.

Recipient organizations will be chosen at the Will County NOW September chapter meeting.
